About ImpressionClub

ImpressionClub started as an Instagram community sharing tips and cases of prosthodontics. It quickly grew into a global community and an active hashtag.

In February of 2021 the first Instagram live session took place with Dr Rupert Monkhouse hosting his technician, Ricardo Soares, to discuss lab communication on @DentistRupert. Since then Impression Club Live has evolved to cover all areas of dentistry and has featured some of the UK’s top clinicians and up and coming educators.

The replays of the live sessions are available on Instagram TV on @DentistRupert and wherever you get your Podcasts.

About Rupert

Rupert is a general dentist based in London and Reading with a particular interest in removable prosthodontics. Since graduating from King’s College London in 2017, Rupert has developed his passion for dentistry in the form of his instagram page @DentistRupert. Rupert has since returned to King’s College London to undertake the MClinDent in Prosthodontics 2023-27.

Through hosting #ImpressionClubLive Rupert has gained a passion for teaching and has spoken on popular dentistry podcasts; The Protrusive Dental Podcast and The Dental Leaders Podcast. He has also spoken at multiple teaching events for the International Team for Implantology (ITI), for which he is a committee member.

In 2022 Rupert spoke for the ITI at the annual sectional meeting and at the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD) conference.
